Implementation + Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of The Social Institute, working closely with the Customer Success Team and the Operations team to ensure our customers have a seamless and supportive experience. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback from customers to help inform product development and service enhancements.
