Simplifying A.I. Integration: How to innovate while avoiding teacher burnout

July 30, 2026 | 4 - 4:45 p.m. ET

The pressure to innovate with A.I. is real. So is educator burnout.

While schools are eager to understand how they can innovate with A.I., they also recognize that their educators are already stretched thin. Without clear guidance or a strategic plan, A.I. integration leads to fragmented implementation, inconsistent classroom use, and growing staff frustration.

Successful A.I. integration starts with supporting the people responsible for making it work.

Join Lynn Girolamo, Digital Learning and Innovation Coach at Greece Central School District, and Kyle Piccioli, Director of Partnership Enablement at The Social Institute, to explore how school leaders can build a clear, sustainable approach to A.I. that empowers educators, strengthens teaching and learning, and moves your school forward without adding unnecessary complexity.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A framework for sustainable A.I. integration that prioritizes real impact over tool volume
  • Strategies to empower educators and build confidence without adding to their workload
  • Practical ways to align A.I. initiatives with existing goals so nothing feels like an add-on
  • Real-world examples of schools innovating successfully and keeping their staff energized in the process
