Implementation Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Implementation team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of The Social Institute, working closely with the Implementation Team and the Operations Team to ensure our customers have a seamless and supportive experience. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback from customers to help inform product development and service enhancements. We’re passionate about serving students while building a high-performing company with a healthy company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation meetings with all new partners.
  • Communications and meetings with partner schools during their early months of implementation and longer as needed to help them achieve their Implementation Plans.
  • Assist partners in turning on additional grades or expanding the scope of the partnership.
  • Presentations on webinars and in-person at events as needed (includes travel).
  • Hosting virtual product overview sessions for partners. 
  • Writing articles or creating other partner content on topics such as best practices in implementing #WinAtSocial. 
  • Monitoring usage data.
  • Reporting on KPIs to evaluate the success of implementations.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the COO.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years of customer success, sales, or related experience, preferably at a SaaS technology company.
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and dedication to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Consistent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about social impact and passionate about serving students.
  • College degree required.
