1. How do I register my #WinAtSocial account?
If you are a Facilitator (select faculty) or Administrator and need to register your #WinAtSocial account, visit the #WinAtSocial Homepage (WinAtSocial.com), click For Facilitators, then click Need To Register. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and School Email Address and click REGISTER. A unique URL will be sent to the inbox. Once you access that link you will be prompted to set a password. Complete the account creation process by creating your Profile. Select your School Position and Grades that you will be teaching and click Submit.
If you are unable to create an account or are having issues, your School Captain may not have yet added your information to the system, or they may have entered your email address and name differently. Contact your School Captain for assistance.
2. How do I access the asynchronous #WinAtSocial Onboarding Course?
After you activate your #WinAtSocial account, check your inbox for an email with the subject line Access Your #WinAtSocial Onboarding Course. Open the email and follow the instructions to get started!
3. How do I create my Family Toolkit account?
If you are the #WinAtSocial School Captain, you will receive access to a customizable email template to announce #WinAtSocial with your families and faculty. Be sure to include your school’s unique code in this announcement.
If you are a Parent or Faculty Member and need to create a Family Toolkit account, visit the #WinAtSocial Homepage (WinAtSocial.com), click Family Toolkit, then click Activate Account. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Password, Username, Email Address, and School Code. If you experience any errors, your School Code may not be correct. Contact your School Captain or School Administration for assistance.
4. How do I reset my password for my #WinAtSocial account?
If you are a School Captain, Facilitator, or School Administrator with a #WinAtSocial account and you forgot your password, visit this link. Enter your School Email Address, click Forgot Password, and a unique URL will be sent to the inbox. Once you access that link you will be prompted to set a new password.
If you are a Parent or Faculty Member with a Family Toolkit account and you forgot your password, visit this link. Click Lost Password and enter your Username or Email Address and a unique URL will be sent to the inbox. Once you access the link you will be prompted to set a new password.
