1. How do I register my #WinAtSocial account?

Whether you are running Lessons with students, building a Lesson Plan for your school, looking for Educator PD or resources, or sharing Playbooks with families, you will need to register your #WinAtSocial account. Visit the #WinAtSocial Homepage (WinAtSocial.com), click For Educators, then click First time logging in? Set your password. Enter your School Email Address and click Set Password. A unique URL will be sent to your inbox. Once you access the link in that email, you will be prompted to set a password. Complete the account creation process by creating your Profile. Enter your preferred name with students, job title, and other questions that help us customize the #WinAtSocial experience to your school.

If you are unable to create an account or are having issues, your Dream Team may not have added your information to the system yet, or they may have entered your email address differently. Contact your Dream Team for assistance.

2. How do I access the asynchronous #WinAtSocial Onboarding Course?

After you activate your #WinAtSocial account, head over to the Resources tab and find the Onboarding course. Clicking on the course will send you to Thinkific, where you can set/reset your password and get started! If you have any issues, please reach out to contact@thesocialinst.com.

3. How do I create my Family Toolkit account?

If you are on the #WinAtSocial Dream Team, you will receive access to a customizable email template to announce #WinAtSocial with your families. Be sure to include your school’s unique code in this announcement.Educators do not need access to the Family Toolkit. All Family Huddles and Playbooks are accessible from #WinAtSocial!

If you are a parent or caregiver and need to create a Family Toolkit account, visit the #WinAtSocial Homepage (WinAtSocial.com), click Family Toolkit, then click Activate Account. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Password, Username, Email Address, and School Code. If you experience any errors, your School Code may not be correct. Contact your School Administration for assistance.

4. How do I reset my password for my #WinAtSocial account?

If you are an educator with a #WinAtSocial account and you forgot your password, visit this link. Enter your School Email Address, click Set Password, and a unique URL will be sent to your inbox. Once you access that link, you will be prompted to set a new password.

If you are a parent or caregiver with a Family Toolkit account and you forgot your password, visit this link. Click Lost Password and enter your Username or Email Address and a unique URL will be sent to your inbox. Once you access the link you will be prompted to set a new password.
