Chloe is a former educator who heads the Partnership Development team at The Social Institute. In her role, she leads outreach efforts for our prospective partner schools, with a message focusing on empowering students to navigate their social worlds in positive and impactful ways. Chloe’s passion for education is backed by a master’s degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from James Madison University, equipping her with a strong foundation in fostering inclusive learning environments.
Before joining The Social Institute, Chloe spent several years as a first and second-grade teacher. Her hands-on experience in the classroom provided her with invaluable insights into the educational needs and challenges faced by both young students and the faculty that supports them. This background, combined with her current role, enables Chloe to work closely with educators to facilitate positive outcomes in students’ lives, ensuring they are well-prepared to thrive both socially and academically. Chloe’s passion for nurturing positive student development is perfectly aligned with The Social Institute’s core mission to empower students to navigate their social worlds in healthy, high-character ways.
