As Director of Partnership Growth and Operations at The Social Institute, Caitlin spearheads the strategic evaluation and enhancement of our partnership team to drive optimal success. Her diverse background includes roles at Lehigh University, Dickinson College, and Duke University, where she excelled as a collegiate coach, health educator, senior women’s administrator, and athletic director. Caitlin earned her master’s in Education with a focus on Athletic Administration from Western Kentucky University. Prior to her professional career, she was an All-American D1 student-athlete and has since leveraged her expertise to own and operate multiple youth athletic clubs, guiding student-athletes to excel both athletically and as leaders.
