Job Summary

We’re building a team of go-getters who want to change education and support student social-emotional health. Partnership Specialists work closely with our Partner Success and Sales team to cultivate new relationships with schools and help partners implement #WinAtSocial successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow productive relationships with partner schools
  • Build implementation plans with partner schools and districts
  • Manage the Partner Success process to create and measure positive impact
  • Proactively network with current partners to identify new partner schools
  • Represent The Social Institute through webinars and conferences
  • Work alongside experienced Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teammates
  • Maintain critical customer data in our CRM as you work with schools
  • Analyze usage data to inform how we engage customers, deliver value, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Understand The Social Institute’s technology and impact deeply

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of professional experience in EdTech, SaaS software, or Education
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working Proficiency with SalesForce, HubSpot, or other CRM software
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, figure-it-out attitude
  • Tech-savvy can quickly learn new concepts and product features
  • Excited by technology trends and social media
  • Motivated by social impact
  • College degree required
